PCP Foundation Announces the Rotor Literary Awards Finalists

The PCP Foundation, Inc. is proud to announce the finalists of the inaugural Dr. Arturo B. Rotor Memorial Awards for Literature.

On its first year of operation, the PCP Foundation received a lot of well-written and interesting entries. As a result, it made the judges’ deliberations difficult.  The Foundation is grateful for the support it received from the members as this contributed to the success of the contest.

The Foundation congratulates the finalists of the first Dr. Arturo B. Rotor Memorial Awards for Literature. The announcement of winners will be on November 26, 2022.
